Reuben initiated Stochastic after a wide ranging career in the life sciences instrumentation arena. These have included developing innovative applications for hollow-fiber bioreactors at Unisyn Technologies; working on artificial livers, designing ultra high throughput fluorescent screening platforms and high performance ion channel technologies at Aurora Biosciences (now Vertex Pharmaceuticals); and developing novel applications on high density protein micro arrays at Packard Biochip (now Perkin Elmer Life Sciences). In addition Reuben has developed novel hand-held diagnostic instruments for proteomics. He has also led strategic business development groups in instrumentation and computational software for the life sciences.Reuben's undergraduate education was at the Madras Christian College and Oral Roberts University, where he obtained his BS in Biology and Chemistry, and his graduate work was at the University of Tulsa, where he obtained his MS in Glycobiology/Molecular Biology.
Len is a veteran diagnostic instrument designer and assay innovator. Len has extensive experience with state of the art instrumentation at industry leaders: Perkin Elmer, Invitrogen, Nanosphere and Vanguard. His experience spans the gamut from GMP verified assay design to FDA approved instrumentation. Len holds a Ph.D in Biochemistry from the University of Bombay and Fellowships from the University of California and the University of Iowa.
Vasanth comes to Stochastic after 25 years of accomplishment in Advertising, Sales and Marketing. Vasanth has served to conceptualize and implement communication solutions in print, radio, film, outdoor and digital media on a wide range of products -Social, Educational, FMCG, Industrial and Corporate and Services across the Indian rural and urban landscape and deployed select projects in Asia and USA. Vasanth graduated in Statistics and Mathematics from the Madras Christian College.
Melissa joins Stochastic after a phenomenal background in systems design, engineering and software debugging. Her accomplishments include bringing instrumentation and clinical assays through FDA approval at Nanosphere Inc. and Hospira Inc. Melissa holds an undergraduate degree in Biology and Mathematics from the University of Chicago, and a graduate degree in BioEngineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago
Annadurai joins Stochastic after an impressive past in setting up large teaching medical schools and hospitals. His accomplishments include, the initiation thru completion of two major medical colleges in India, completing a major fiber optic project for a Telecom firm and initiating health related projects both in South East Asia and Africa.Annadurai graduated in Geology from Annamalai University and completed his professional degree in Law from the Madras Law College, University of Madras. He also holds an MBA in Information Systems from Annamalai University.
